Session Information & Policies
My goal is always to create a relaxed, safe, and enjoyable experience for every client. These policies help ensure sessions run smoothly and provide the best experience possible.
Booking & Payments
A signed contract and non-refundable/non-transferable $50 retainer are required within 48 hours of receiving your booking link to reserve your session date. Dates cannot be held without completed booking requirements. Full payment is due on or before your session date unless prior arrangements have been made. No images will be edited or delivered until payment is received in full.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
Weather, illness, and emergencies are always handled with understanding. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled without a fee due to weather or illness when notice is provided at least 6 hours before your scheduled session.
For non-emergency cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the session fee will be required before booking a new date.
Image Delivery
All digital images included with your collection will be delivered through an online gallery within approximately 60 days, depending on season and workload.
Clients will have 30 days to download images after gallery delivery.
USB keepsakes are available for an additional $25.
Add-Ons & Fees
- Rush gallery delivery (3–5 days): $75

- PayPal/Venmo processing fee: 3%
- No processing fees for cash, check, or Zelle payments
Travel Policy
Travel within 25 miles round trip of Wapakoneta, Ohio is included.
Locations beyond the included travel area may require a custom travel fee, which will be discussed and approved prior to booking.
