My goal has never been to simply to take your picture—it's to tell your story in real time. As a client myself, transparency is important to me and I know how important it is to understand pricing before commitment. That's why you'll find my starting collections below, so you can confidently determine which experience best fits your vision and your budget.

Session Information & Policies

My goal is always to create a relaxed, safe, and enjoyable experience for every client. The following policies help sessions run smoothly and ensure the best experience for everyone.

Booking & Payments

To officially reserve your session date, a signed contract and non-refundable/non-trasferable $50 retainer are required within 48 hours of receiving your booking link. Please note that your session is not considered booked until confirmation has been completed through the booking link provided. If you do not receive your booking link, please contact me as soon as possible to be resent via text or email.

Because session dates are limited, incomplete bookings may be released to other clients after 48 hours.

The booking fee reserves your date and does not apply toward your remaining session balance. Full session payment is due on or before the day of your session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

No images will be edited or released until full payment has been received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules whenever possible.

Weather, illness, and family emergencies are always understood and accommodated with care and flexibility. There is no fee for weather-related rescheduling of outdoor sessions due to rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or illness, provided notice is given at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled session. For cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice outside of emergencies, 50% of the session fee will be required in order to rebook.

Image Delivery

All digital images are included with your session fee.

Final galleries are delivered online within approximately 30-60 days depending on season and workload. Clients will have 30 days to download images from their gallery after delivery. USB keepsakes are available for an additional $25.

PayPal/Venmo processing fee: 3%

No processing fees for cash, check, or Zelle payments

Travel Policy

Travel within 25 miles round trip of Wapakoneta, Ohio is included with your session.

For locations that require travel beyond the included 25-mile round-trip distance, a travel fee may apply. Because travel costs can vary depending on distance, location, and travel time, any applicable travel fee will be custom quoted at the time of inquiry and discussed prior to booking. Sun-Flower Photography strives to be transparent with all pricing, and any travel fees will be communicated and approved before your session is scheduled.
